संस्था का नाम "अखिल भारतीय कलवार समाज" है। संस्था, समाज अथवा महासभा से इसी का बोध होता है। वर्तमान में, जिला समितियाँ जिस भी नाम से स्थापित हुई हैं, वह मान्य हैं। प्रथम अधिवेशन के बाद बनने वाली सभी समितियाँ राज्य संस्था के अनुरूप नामकरण करेंगी।
एटी-फ्लैट नंबर-203, आशियाना विहार अपार्टमेंट, राजेंद्र, जिला-पटना समयानुसार एवं आवश्यकतानुसार कार्यकारिणी समिति के बहुमत से कार्यालय को राज्य में कही भी स्थांतरित किया जा सकता है। इसकी सूचना समिति पंजीयक को संस्था के महासचिव द्वारा दी जाएगी।
